- 1
Walk the space
We count drops, check pathways and ceiling type, look at the closet, and ask what the building is going to be doing in five years.
- 2
Clear Scope & Upfront Pricing
You receive a detailed written proposal outlining the work, materials, and project price before installation begins. If the scope changes, we review and approve the change with you before additional work is performed.
- 3
Install Around Your Business
Cabling work is planned around your operating hours to minimize disruption to your staff and customers. Where practical, existing network systems remain operational while the new infrastructure is installed, tested, and ready for use.

Test, verify, and hand off
Every port tested and verified, panels labeled to a documented scheme, and photos of the finished work your IT team can actually use.

Your Questions, Answered
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Tempe and work across the Phoenix metro area including Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, and the surrounding communities. Larger projects further out in the state are handled on a case by case basis but we do travel.
How quickly can you get on site?
On-site estimates are usually scheduled within one to two business days. Smaller jobs with standard drop counts can often be scheduled within a couple days. Emergency service calls for a downed connection get priority on the board and we will schedule immediately, first available. Larger jobs that require coordination with others are scheduled for quickest completion time within their time frame.
Do you charge for the estimate?
Not usually. The local on-site visit and written estimate are usually free. We would rather price a job accurately than win it cheap then change order it later.
What does the estimate include?
An on-site visit and a fixed written estimate for all work necessary including equipment.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a licensed, bonded, and insured Arizona cable contractor and we carry the certificates most property managers and general contractors require before badge access. COIs are issued upon request.
Do you work with our existing IT provider?
Often, yes. We handle the physical layer and hand off a labeled, verified plan. Your IT provider or MSP configures the active gear, often with us being their boots on the ground.
On-site estimate, fixed written scope.
Tell us roughly what you need. We will reach out to schedule an on-site visit, and the visit turns into a fixed written scope and price.

Tell us what the building needs.
A short on-site visit turns a vague budget number into a fixed written estimate. Designed with future growth in mind, allowing you to build in stages as your needs evolve.
